摘要
UPS APFC数字控制系统直接影响输入功率因数和电流谐波。存在着电流超前于电网电压、数字控制系统延迟、过零电流畸变和母线电压环带宽低等工程设计难点问题。提出了基于二阶广义积分锁相、电网电压前馈、预测控制和电感直流偏置补偿的复合控制系统,为高性能APFC数字控制系统的设计提供了经实践证明的有效方案。
The digital control system of UPS APFC has important impact for the power factor and total distortion of current.There are engineering problems such as current leading line voltage,digital control delay,distortion of zero crossing current,low bandwidth of BUS voltage control loop.This Article proposes an advanced performance compound control system,which is composed of PLL based on double second order global integration,line voltage feed forward,inductance current prediction control,inductance current DC bias compensation.The simulation and experiment results disclose that the control strategy can satisfy the designation requirement of high performance APFC.
