摘要 随着物联网、云计算、大数据及5G等新一代信息技术的快速发展,特别是人工智能技术的进步,建设信息透彻感知、全面互联及决策高度智能的智慧水库综合管理平台将为水库安全管理与科学调度工作提供技术支撑。长期以来,基础设施缺乏、管理手段落后、运维资金有限、技术人员稀缺等现实问题,使水库监管与综合管理工作变得异常困难。基于此,结合水库综合管理与科学调度实际需求,利用物联网与GIS技术构建智慧水库综合管理平台,实现水库的“一网感知全域、一图展示全库、一键指挥联动”的智慧化管理目标。 With the rapid development of new-generation information technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data and 5G,especially the advancement of artificial intelligence technology,the construction of a Smart reservoir integrated management platform with thorough information perception,comprehensive interconnection and highly intelligent decision-making will provide technical support for reser-voir safety management scientific scheduling work.For a long time,existing practical problems such as lack of infrastructure,backward manage-ment methods,limited operation and maintenance funds,and scarcity of technical personnel have made reservoir supervision and comprehensive management extremely difficult.In this article,combining the actual needs of comprehensive management and scientific dispatching of reser-voirs,we used the Internet of Things and GIS technology to build a comprehensive management platform for Smart reservoirs,and realized the intelligent management goal of“one network perceives the whole area,one map displays the whole database,and one key command linkage”.
