摘要
为改善传统集装箱堆场作业环境复杂、人员劳动强度大、易出现安全事故、作业效率低等现状,以某码头集装箱自动化堆场改造为研究对象,给出一种融合网络通讯、软件算法、传感器检测、视觉识别等技术的远程控制技术方案。改造结果表明,该方案可实现堆场的自动化、无人化、智能化作业。
The traditional container yard has the current situation of complex working environment,high labor intensity,prone to safety accidents and low operation efficiency.In order to improve these situations,a remote control technology scheme is proposed based on the reconstruction of a terminal container automatic yard.The scheme integrates network communication,software algorithm,sensor detection,visual recognition and other technologies.The actual transformation results show that the scheme can realize the automatic,unmanned and intelligent operation of the yard.
