摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的暴发迅速引起了社会的广泛关注。疫情之下,政府相关部门、医护人员、慈善力量及时介入,专业社会工作也迅速参与到疫情防控行动中。由于突发性公共卫生事件缺乏有效的风险防控体制机制和应急治理体系,使得传统社会工作的介入处于“失灵”的尴尬处境,导致出现专业孤立和行动边缘化。社会工作作为社会组织中的重要主体,在参与突发公共卫生事件的防控过程中,可借助新媒体技术进行赋权,充分发挥专业优势,以服务对象需求为导向,通过自媒体技术开展心理疏导、情绪支持、资源链接、信息咨询和志愿者培训管理等服务,打破时空障碍,转变传统工作模式,提高服务成效。
The outbreak of COVID-19has quickly drawn wide attention from the whole society.Under the circumstances of epidemic,relevant government departments,medical staff and charities have been in-volved in the intervention of the epidemic in a timely manner,and professional social work has also been involved in the prevention and control of the epidemic.However,due to the lack of effective risk preven-tion and control system and emergency management system,the intervention of traditional social work is in an awkward situation of“failure”,which makes social work be in professional isolation and marginalization of action.Therefore,in the process of participating in the prevention and control of public health emergen-cies,as an important subject of social organizations,empowered with the help of new media technology,social work can give full play to professional advantages,and guided by the demands of the service object,offer services such as psychological counseling,emotional support,resource links,information consulta-tion and volunteer training management through we-media,which will break down barriers of time and space and change the traditional“on-site”working mode so as to improve service effectiveness.
