摘要
本文通过广义似然比统计检验来确定随机前沿分析方法的生产函数,测算我国30个省(区、市)2008~2020年的金融技术效率,并分解为前沿技术进步(FTP)和前沿技术利用效率(TE),从普惠金融发展水平和高等教育水平等方面分析了金融技术效率的影响因素。研究发现:(1)我国金融技术效率的变化主要由前沿技术利用效率(TE)引起;(2)东、中、西部存在明显差异,东部地区前沿技术利用效率的均值最高,中部地区最低;(3)政府干预力度对前沿技术利用效率有明显的抑制作用,普惠金融的发展与前沿技术利用效率呈现正“U”型关系,而科技发展水平和高等教育水平对于前沿技术利用效率均有明显的正向促进作用。以上影响因素通过对金融前沿技术利用效率的作用,间接影响着我国金融行业的投入产出效率。
In this paper,the optimal production function of the stochastic frontier analysis method is determined by the generalized likelihood ratio statistical test,and the optimal production function is used to measure the fintech efficiency of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2020.In practice,this paper breaks down fintech efficiency into frontier technology progress(FTP)and frontier technology utilization efficiency(TE).The influencing factors of fintech efficiency are analyzed from the aspects of the development level of inclusive finance and the level of higher education.We have obtained interesting and convincing results that:(1)the changes in the fintech efficiency in China are mainly caused by the TE.(2)there are obvious differences between the eastern,central and western regions,with the average value of the TE in the eastern region being the highest,and in the central region being the lowest.(3)the intensity of government intervention has a significant inhibitory effect on the TE,the development of inclusive finance and the TE show a positive“U”shape relationship,the level of scientific and technological development and higher education have obvious positive promotion effects on the TE.The above influencing factors indirectly affect the input-output efficiency of China's financial industry through the role of the TE.
