摘要 在国家生态文明建设的背景下,生态环境效益评估是静脉产业园区管理和发展决策制定的重要依据。从评价指标体系在静脉产业园生态化建设和改造中的必要性出发,分析国内外静脉产业园生态环境评价方法及指标体系,对全生命周期评价、多准则分析法、环境绩效指标法等评价方法进行阐述。并以老港固废综合利用基地(老港静脉产业园)为例,设计出一套针对静脉产业园的生态环境效益评价指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)分析各个指标的权重,得出老港静脉产业园生态环境效益评价的重点,可全面反映其环境质量情况及生态化建设情况。 In the context of national ecological civilization,ecological environmental benefit evaluation is an important basis for management and development decision making of vein industrial parks.Starting from the necessity of evaluation index system in the ecological construction and transformation of vein industrial parks,the eco-environmental evaluation methods and indicator systems of venous industrial parks in China and other countries were analyzed.The evaluation methods such as life cycle assessment,multi-criteria analysis method and environmental performance indicators were described.The Shanghai Laogang solid waste comprehensive utilization base(Laogang vein industrial park)was taken as an example,an indicator system of eco-environmental benefit evaluation for vein industrial parks was designed.And the weight of each indicator was analyzed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)so as to obtain the focus of eco-environmental benefit evaluation of Laogang vein industrial park,which could fully reflect its environmental quality and ecological construction situation.
