摘要
研究型家访育人模式是“大思政”工作的内在要求和重要途径。研究型家访是指专业家访队伍在精准思维的指导下,针对不同类型的高校学生,基于问题意识,依托目标管理开展的家庭教育指导活动。本文从研究型家访的前期准备、过程推进以及效果评价三个阶段出发,探索构建研究型家访育人模式。激发研究型家访育人实效,需全员参与、全过程管理、全方面落实。
The education model of research-based home visits is an inherent requirement and an important way of“Macro Ideological and Political Education”.Research-based home visits refers to the family education guided activities conducted by professional teams under the guidance of precise thinking,which are targeted at various college,and based on problem consciousness,guaranteed by objective management.In this paper,we try to built the education model of research-based home visits,after going through three phases:preparation,advancement process and evaluation.It is shown that,in order to stimulate the effectiveness of research-based home visits,all staff must be involved,manage the whole process and implement the activity in all aspects.
