无缝管高速冷轧三维有限元热力耦合分析 被引量:1

摘要 提高无缝管轧制速度是增大冷轧效率的重要手段,轧制速度的提高对冷轧成形过程产生巨大影响,传统的经验公式已不能满足现代轧机设计和工艺的需求,须借助现代数值分析方法对冷轧无缝管成形过程进行多维度分析。以高速LG60冷轧管机为例,借助三维有限元商用软件建立了皮尔格冷轧成形过程三维模型,对无缝管冷轧变形区的完整成形过程进行了全过程仿真。得到了不稳定轧制阶段轧制力能参数、应力、应变和温度场的分布规律,同时考察了轧制速度、送进量等关键因素对轧制过程的影响,为高速冷轧管机的设计和控制提供了重要依据。 Improving the rolling speed is an important means to increase the efficiency of seamless tube cold rolling.The rolling speed has a great effect on the cold rolling forming process.The traditional empirical formula cannot meet the needs of modern rolling mill design and technology,and it must use modern numerical analysis method to the multi-dimensional analysis of seamless tube cold rolling process.This paper takes the high-speed LG60 cold tube rolling as an example,a 3D model of pilger cold-rolling process was established through 3D FEM commercial software.The whole forming process of cold seamless tube rolling deformation zone was simulated.The distribution of rolling force and energy parameters,stress,strain and temperature in unstable rolling stage were obtained,and also the influence of key factors such as rolling speed and advance rate on rolling process was researched,it provides an important basis for the design and control of high-speed cold rolling mill.
