摘要
尽管南极是一处艰苦而遥远的所在,但几个世纪以来,它一直是人类认知中的一部分,也是全球范围内自然开发的重要组成部分。本文介绍18世纪末以来南极自然环境的开发和保护,特别是海豹、鲸鱼、鱼类和磷虾的开发,以及国家和国际层面上对其进行的管理和保护。此外还分析了气候变化问题等南极当前面临的环境挑战。
Although the Antarctic is a hard and remote place for us, it has become part of our recognition for several hundred years, and important part of natural exploitation in the global scope. In the article, I give an introduction to the exploitation of the natural environment and its protection, especially exploitation of seals, whales, fishes and krills,as well as management and conservation on national level. In addition, I analyze current challenges from climate change the Antarctic region also faces.
