“忠诚”还是“利用”:社会信任对企业绿色创新水平的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 时至今日,围绕社会信任对企业绿色创新水平影响的相关研究还十分匮乏。本文以制造业企业为研究对象,探讨了社会信任对企业绿色创新的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:当社会信任水平较高时,企业会遵循“信任忠诚”逻辑提高企业绿色创新水平,且对高质量绿色创新水平的提升作用更明显;环境伦理在社会信任与企业绿色创新水平之间发挥中介作用。当管理者存在过度自信倾向时,社会信任对环境伦理的提升作用有所减少,相应地,其对绿色创新水平的促进作用也会减弱;市场竞争强化了社会信任对环境伦理的提升作用,相应地,其对绿色创新水平的促进作用也会增强。研究结论丰富了企业绿色创新驱动因素的研究,为引导企业开展绿色创新提供了理论借鉴。 Up to now,there still lack of the research on the impact of social trust on enterprises’green innovation.Taking manufacturing enterprises as the research object,it carried out the research on the effect of social trust on enterprise green innovation and the influence mechanism.The results show that in the environment of high social trust level,enterprises follow the logic of“trust loyalty”.Social trust is conducive to improve the green innovation level of enterprises,and mainly promotes high-quality green innovation.Environmental ethics plays a mediating effect role between social trust and green innovation.Considering the internal characteristics of enterprises and the moderating effect of external institutional environment,it finds that when managers are overconfident,the promotion effect of social trust on environmental ethics is reduced,and its promotion effect on green innovation level is also weakened;market competition strengthens the promotion effect of social trust on environmental ethics,and correspondingly,its promotion effect on the green innovation level is also enhanced.The conclusion enriches the research on the driving factors of green innovation,and provides a reference for guiding the practice of green innovation in enterprises.
