摘要 大直径预应力混凝土管采用柔性承插口连接,施工过程控制不当易发生接口渗漏,影响工期和增加施工成本。结合工程实例,分析了施工过程主要工序,包括软土地基处理、承插口安装、闭水试验等,得到降低管道安装渗漏的有效工艺,取得了较好的效果,为其他类似工程施工提供了经验。 The large-diameter prestressed concrete pipe is connected by flexible socket,and the leakage of the interface is easy to occur due to improper control during construction,which will affect the construction period and increase the construction cost.Through the analysis of the main process of the construction process,combined with the engineering examples,the soft ground foundation treatment,socket installation,closed water test,etc.,the process of reducing the leakage of pipeline installation was obtained,and good results were achieved,which provided experience for the construction of other similar projects.
