摘要
蒸汽供热是我国工业用能的重要组成部分,但目前热电厂和热力公司对蒸汽供热管网管控水平参差不齐。通过构建供热管网蒸汽输配过程模型和建立质能平衡方程,可以对输配过程损耗进行计算和分析。结果表明:蒸汽输配过程中管损由疏水质量损失和蒸汽质量损失2部分组成;管网散热损失、蒸汽过热热量、用户消耗过热热量是疏水质量损失的主要影响因素;蒸汽质量损失可由管损和疏水质量损失推算。损耗组成分析能够对蒸汽供热管网运行情况进行诊断和评价,提供优化运行策略,指导蒸汽管网经济运行;同时还提供了一种蒸汽管网泄漏的监控方法,有利于提高管网安全运行水平。
Steam heating is an important component of industrial energy in China. At present, the control level of pipe network in thermal power plants and heat companies is uneven. This paper builds the steam transmission and distribution process model in the pipe network and establishes the mass-energy balance equation, which can calculate and analyze the specific composition of the loss during the process. According to the calculation results,the pipe loss in the process of steam transmission and distribution consists of two parts: hydrophobic mass loss and steam mass loss. The heat loss of the pipe network, the superheat steam of the pipe network and the superheat consumed by users are the main factors affecting the loss of hydrophobic mass loss. The steam mass loss can be calculated from pipe loss and hydrophobic mass loss. The analysis of loss composition can diagnose and evaluate the operation of steam heating pipe network, provide optimal operation strategy and guide the economic operation.At the same time, a monitoring method of steam pipe network leakage is provided, which is beneficial to improve the safe operation level of pipe network.
