城市废弃物前置干燥炭化技术在污泥耦合发电中的大型化工业实施 被引量:5

摘要 针对城市绿色发展的废弃物处置问题,利用燃煤电厂优势条件,研发了城市废弃物前置干燥炭化技术,即利用燃煤锅炉高温烟气,在一体化处理机中对废弃物进行一体化处置,全组分产物经密闭管道输送至高温炉膛进行焚烧,实现了燃煤电厂对城市废弃物的资源化及无害化处置。该技术在污泥耦合发电项目上进行了大型化工业应用,一期项目污泥处置能力250 t/d,二期项目将提升至500 t/d。系统投运后,锅炉主辅机运行参数正常,锅炉污染物排放指标均满足环保要求,处置过程无臭气及有机臭水。第三方测试结果表明:掺烧污泥后,锅炉效率下降约0.298百分点;不同机组负荷下掺烧污泥时,锅炉烟气中的二噁英排放质量浓度无明显差别。 In view of the waste disposal problem faced by urban green development,taking advantage of the advantages of coal-fired power plants,the pre-drying and carbonization technology of urban waste is developed,that is,using the high-temperature flue gas of pulverized coal boiler to dispose the waste in an integrated processor,and the whole component products are transported to the high-temperature furnace for incineration through closed pipes.It realizes resource and harmless disposal of urban waste by coal-fired power plants.This technology has been applied to large-scale industrial projects of sludge coupled power generation.The sludge disposal capacity of phase I project is 250t/d,and that of phase Ⅱ project will be increased to 500t/d.After the system is put into operation,the operation parameters of the main and auxiliary equipment of the boiler are normal,the pollutant emission indexesof the boiler meet the environmental protection requirements,and there is no odor ororganic smelly water in the disposal process.The third-party test results show that,afterco-firing the sludge,the boiler efficiency decreases by about 0.298 percentage points.There is no significant difference in the emission concentration of dioxin in boiler flue gas when co-firing the sludge atdifferent unit loads.
