摘要
建筑结构安全关系着人民生命财产安全,为了保证既有建筑物结构安全,在基坑开挖时对既有建筑保护显得悠关重要。通过两建筑结构形式介绍、地基加固技术应用、沉降观测使用、质量控制四个方面阐述基坑高差支护加固钻孔灌注桩的应用成果,达到解决狭窄地段钢筋混凝土灌注桩支护方案选择和应用目的。经实践证明选择钻孔灌注桩支护加固方案是安全有效的。
The safety of building structure is related to the safety of people's lives and property,in order to ensure the safety of existing building structure,it is very important to protect existing buildings during foundation pit excavation.Through the introduction of two building structure forms,the application of foundation reinforcement technology,the use of settlement observation and quality control,this paper expounds the application results of foundation pit height difference support to strengthen bored pile,so as to solve the selection and application purpose of reinforced concrete bored pile support scheme in narrow section.The practice has proved that the selection of bored pile support and reinforcement scheme is safe and effective.
