摘要
针对传统的基于人工检测的混凝土结构物裂缝巡检方法存在检测结果误差大、方式复杂等缺点,提出一种新型的基于图像处理双标识物的裂缝宽度变化测量方法,利用便于识别和存储信息的棋盘格和二维码标识物,将其置于裂缝两侧并拍摄图像,通过预处理、标识点识别、坐标计算等过程得到标识物相对坐标,经多次拍摄后计算相对坐标变化,从而计算裂缝的宽度变化。室内模拟和现场试验表明:该方法不仅方法有效,而且具有一定的精度,可减少裂缝监测的成本,提高裂缝宽度测量的信息化程度,为裂缝宽度测量提供一种新的解决方案。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional inspection method of concrete structure cracks based on manual detection,such as large error in detection results and complex way,a new measurement method of crack width change based on image processing and double identification objects is proposed.Chessboard and two-dimensional code markers which are easy to identify and store information are used to put them on both sides of the cracks and take images the relative coordinates of the marker are obtained through the process of point identification and coordinate calculation.Indoor simulation and field test show that this method is not only effective,but also has a certain accuracy,which can reduce the cost of crack monitoring,improve the information level of crack width measurement,and provide a new solution for crack width measurement.
