无刷直流电机供电系统电磁兼容模块优化设计

摘要 目前采用的无刷直流电机供电系统电磁兼容模块优化设计方法的成本较高、优化效果不明显,难以满足电磁兼容模块优化设计需求,为有效提升无刷直流电机供电系统电磁兼容模块对噪声干扰的抑制能力,降低电磁兼容超标的概率,本文提出了一种全新的无刷直流电机供电系统电磁兼容模块优化设计,分析电磁兼容超标的直接原因,针对CE102超标和RE102超标提出了对应的电磁兼容模块优化措施。实验结果表明,采用本文研究的优化设计方法优化后的无刷直流电机供电系统电磁兼容模块,滤波器的插入损耗上升至120dB,电磁兼容超标的概率下降至16%,具有较强的抑制噪声干扰能力和电磁屏蔽性。 The currently adopted method for optimizing the design of electromagnetic compatibility modules for brushless DC motor power supply systems has high cost and insignificant optimization effects.It is difficult to meet the optimization design requirements of electromagnetic compatibility modules.In order to effectively improve the ability of the electromagnetic compatibility module of the brushless DC motor power supply system to suppress noise interference,and reduce the probability of electromagnetic compatibility exceeding the standard,this paper proposes the optimization design of a brand-new brushless DC motor power supply system electromagnetic compatibility module,analyzes the direct causes of electromagnetic compatibility exceeding the standard,and proposes corresponding electromagnetic compatible module optimization measures for CE102 and RE102 exceeding standards..The experimental results show that the electromagnetic compatibility module of the brushless DC motor power supply system optimized by the optimization design method studied in this paper has the insertion loss of the filter increased to 120dB,and the probability of electromagnetic compatibility exceeding the standard decreased to 16%,which has a strong suppression capability of noise interference and electromagnetic shielding quality.
