产教融合背景下高职“双师型”师资队伍建设路径探索 被引量:7

摘要 新时代“双师型”师资队伍建设是加快构建现代职业教育体系、办好职业教育和培养更多的高素质技术技能型人才的坚实基础,通过分析“双师型”师资队伍的建设背景和意义,提出了产教融合背景下高职“双师型”师资队伍建设路径,构建了“双师型”教师有序培养的新模式,搭建了“双师型”教师发展的新平台,出台了“双师型”教师培养和发展的制度体系,有效提升了“双师型”师资队伍建设的水平和成效。职业院校深化产教融合,政、校、行、企多方联动,多方参与,构建多元育人主体,打造强有力双师队伍,是职业教育高质量发展的内在动力和人才培养质量的重要保障。 The construction of“double-qualified”teachers in the new era is the solid foundation for accelerating the construction of modern vocational education system,running vocational education well and cultivating more high-quality technical and skilled talents.By analyzing the background and significance of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers,this paper puts forward the construction path of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational education under the background of industry-education integration:constructing a new model for the orderly training,building a new platform for the development,setting up an institutional system,so as to effectively improve the level and effectiveness of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers.Deepening the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges,multi-party interaction and participation of government,schools,industries and enterprises,building a diversified education subject and building a strong double-qualified teacher team are the internal driving force for the high-quality development of vocational education and an important guarantee for the quality of talent training.
