摘要
CHX(cation/H+exchanger)基因家族属于CPA2(cation proton antiporter 2)超家族的一员,蛋白序列的N端存在一个Na+/H+exchanger结构域。现有研究表明,植物CHX基因家族参与调控转运细胞质子和离子,在生长发育和胁迫应答中扮演重要角色。因此,研究从玉米CHX基因家族入手,首先通过全基因组水平筛选鉴定出16个玉米CHX基因。染色体定位分析表明ZmCHXs不均匀地分布在8条不同的染色体上;系统进化分析显示,16个ZmCHXs基因可分为3组,并且各组内蛋白序列和基因结构保守。组织表达特性分析发现ZmCHXs主要表达在花药中。进一步非生物胁迫表达分析结果表明,仅有GroupⅣ基因表达受冷及盐胁迫诱导。通过研究将为后续深入探究玉米CHX基因家族参与的非生物胁迫应答分子机制提供理论依据。
The CHX(cation/H + exchanger) family,which contained an N terminus Na +/H + exchanger domain,was a subfamily of CPA2(cation proton antiporter 2)superfamily.Previous studies had shown that plant CHXs participate in regulating cell proton and ion transport,and played vital roles in growth,development and stress responses.Therefore,maize CHX genes were studied.First,a total of 16 non-redundant ZmCHX was identified through genome-wide screening.Chromosome location analysis showed that ZmCHXs were unevenly distributed on 8 different chromosomes.Further phylogenetic analysis displayed that 16 ZmCHXs could be divided into 3 groups.Their protein sequences and gene structure were conserved within each group.Tissue expression characteristics pointed out the higher expression of ZmCHXs in anthers.Abiotic stress expression patterns indicated the up-regulation of Group IV gene by cold and salt stresses.Above results laid a theoretical foundation for further exploring the molecular mechanisms of maize CHX in response to adverse environmental stresses.
