摘要
采用田间自然病圃调查红小豆上大豆胞囊线虫病的发生情况,明确大豆胞囊线虫对红小豆的致病性。因此,为了阐明小豆胞囊线虫的发生规律,研究进行了室内盆栽试验。在大豆和小豆的两叶期,用大豆胞囊线虫二龄幼虫(J2)悬浮液1mL^(-1)(约600条·mL^(-1))接种幼苗根部。每隔3 d取样,用次氯酸钠-酸性品红染色法对根组织进行染色,并在显微镜下观察各龄线虫的数量。结果表明:大豆胞囊线虫造成红小豆地上部叶片缺绿,植株矮小,根系发育不良,主根长势弱。由大豆和红小豆根内各龄线虫数量的动态变化结果表明,与大豆相比,红小豆根内的幼虫发育为成虫的时间更早,为有效控制红小豆根系中大豆胞囊线虫提供了依据。
A field natural disease nursery was used to investigate the occurrence of soybean cyst nematode on adzuki beans,and the pathogenicity of soybean cyst nematode to adzuki beans was determined.Therefore,in order to clarify the occurrence of the nematode cyst nematode,a pot experiment was carried out in this study.In the two-leaf stage of soybeans and adzuki beans,the roots of seedlings were inoculated with 1ml of J2 suspension(600 pieces·mL^(-1)).Sampling was taken every 3 days,the root tissue was stained with sodium hypochlorite-acid fuchsin staining method,and the number of nematodes of each instar was observed under a microscope.The results showed that soybean cyst nematode caused chlorosis of adzuki bean ground leaves,short plants,underdeveloped roots,and weak taproot growth.The results of the dynamic changes of the number of nematodes in the roots of soybeans and adzuki beans indicate that compared with soybeans,the larvae in the roots of adzuki beans developed into adults earlier,which provided a basis for effective control of soybean cyst nematodes in the roots of adzuki beans.
