摘要
《论语》是我国第一部记述春秋至战国时期历史的语录书,其内容涉及待人接物、为政从商、为人处世等多个层面,无不体现孔子的超然智慧与卓越思想。以现代角度分析《论语》,将其中诸多思想应用到企业人力资源管理方面。这些思想与新时期企业治理的理念不谋而合,能够为企业选人、育人、用人提供指导借鉴。
The Analects of Confucius,the first book of quotations in China recording the history of the Spring and Autumn Period to the Warring States Period,is mainly concerned with the way of getting along well with people,doing business and behaving oneself,etc.The book fully reflects the super wisdom and great ideas of Confucius.By analyzing the Analects from a modern perspective,this paper finds that many of its ideas can be applied to management,e.g.,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,putting people first,selecting talents,etc.These ideas coincide with the concept of enterprise management in the new era,and can provide guidance and reference for the enterprises to select,educate,and employ personnel.
