医药行业气动开关阀布线方案的设计应用

摘要 随着医药行业的发展,制药车间的自动化程度越来越高,气动开关阀门的使用量逐渐增多。通过总工程量分析3种不同布线方案的价格差异,比对了电缆长度对不同方案的影响。阐述标准规范对参与安全联锁的气动开关阀接线形式的要求,以及不同布线方案在实际应用和维护中的区别,分析阀岛常用两种通讯协议Profibus-DP和Profinet的差异。关于阀岛的选型设计方案,根据实际应用经验,提出阀岛在实际应用中需注意的问题,为项目的顺利实施提供参考。 With the development of the pharmaceutical industry,the automation degree of the pharmaceutical workshop is getting higher and higher,and the use of pneumatic on-off valves is gradually increasing.This article analyzes the price difference of three different cabling schemes through the total investment,and compares the influence of different cable lengths on different schemes.Explain the requirements of the standard specifications for the wiring form of the pneumatic on-off valve participating in safety interlocking,and the difference between different cabling schemes in actual application and maintenance,analyze the difference between the two commonly used communication protocols for valve islands,Profibus-DP and Profinet.Regarding the selection and design of the valve terminal,based on the practical application experience,the problems that should be paid attention to in the actual application of the valve terminal,provide reference for project implementation.
