摘要
电涌保护器能将瞬态过电压限制在一定水平内,而电压保护水平是衡量电涌保护器限制瞬态过电压能力的重要参数。当前在供配电设计电涌保护器时往往只关注了电压保护水平,忽视了实际应用过程中安装接线也会导致一定的电压施加在设备两端,从而降低电涌保护器的防护效果。对此,着重分析阐述了接线长度和接线方式对防护效果的影响,梳理了合理的接线长度、接线方式、电压保护水平与设备耐冲击电压额定值的理论关系。对电涌保护器进行接线长度对防护效果影响的测试,结果表明:为确保将设备两端的过电压限制在耐冲击电压额定值内,现场仪表用电涌保护器的导线长度不超过300mm为宜,为石油化工行业的防雷工程设计人员选型和安装提供了参考。
Surge protective device can limit transient overvoltage within a certain level.Voltage protection level is an important parameter reflecting the ability of surge protective device to limit transient overvoltage.At present,voltage protection level is paid attention when surge protective device is designed for power supply and distribution,ignoring that the installation and wiring will also cause a certain voltage applied to the protected equipment in application,which will reduce the protection effect.Therefore,the influence of the wiring length and method on the protection effect is analyzed,and the relationship between the reasonable wiring length,wiring method,voltage protection level and rated impulse withstand voltage of equipment is combed.The influence of wiring length on the protection effect was tested.The result shows that in order to ensure the surge protective device can limit the overvoltage within the rated impulse withstand voltage of equipment,the wire length of the field-installed surge protective device is suggested to be less than 300mm.This paper provides a reference about selection and installation for lightning protection engineering designers from petrochemical industry.
