摘要
脊髓损伤作为一种严重的致残性疾病,不仅降低患者的生活质量,还给家庭和社会带来严重的经济负担。糖皮质激素是目前治疗脊髓损伤最常用的药物之一,尤其是近年来甲泼尼龙的应用。该类药物对脊髓损伤的炎症抑制、改善脊髓水肿和调节胶质细胞的活性作用利于脊髓损伤的恢复。但经过了大量的临床应用,其治疗过程中产生的各种并发症让其治疗效果遭受质疑。为了探索出更好的治疗方案,近年来学者们设计了各种关于糖皮质激素的联合治疗方案,以优化糖皮质激素对脊髓损伤的治疗效果。本文综述近年来糖皮质激素在脊髓损伤治疗中的进展,旨在为该类药物在脊髓损伤治疗中的应用提供参考。
As a serious disabling disease,spinal cord injury reduces the quality of life of patients,and brings serious economic burden to their families and society.Glucocorticoids,especially methylprednisolone,are one of the most commonly used drugs in the treatment of spinal cord injury.The roles of these drugs in inhibiting inflammation,improving spinal cord edema and regulating glial cell activity are beneficial to the recovery of spinal cord injury.However,after a lot of clinical applications,the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoids is questioned due to a variety of complications in the process of treatment.In order to explore a better treatment scheme,various combinations of glucocorticoids have been designed to optimize the therapeutic effect on spinal cord injury in recent years.This paper reviews the progress of glucocorticoids for spinal cord injury to provide reference for the application of these drugs in the treatment of spinal cord injury.
