润滑油运动黏度对机械式变速器换挡性能影响分析

摘要 为了研究同步器换挡性能,从润滑油的运动黏度分析,在众多影响润滑油运动黏度的因素中,找到温度是影响润滑油运动黏度最大的因素,并通过大量的试验分析了运动黏度对同步器换挡性能的影响。分析表明:油品的运动黏度越大,对同步器升挡过程是有利的,但是对同步器降挡过程不利。 In order to study the shift performance of synchronizer,from the analysis of kinematic viscosity of lubricating oil,among many factors that affect the kinematic viscosity of lubricating oil,temperature was found to be the largest factor that affected the kinematic viscosity of lubricating oil,and the influence of kinematic viscosity on the shift performance of synchronizer was analyzed through a lot of experiments.The analysis shows that the higher the kinematic viscosity of the oil is,the better the synchronizer upshift process is,but the worse the synchronizer downshift process is.
