摘要
林果业是我国农业产业结构的重要组成部分,探寻有效的果品产销对接形式对于提升农民增收和促进林果业的发展具有重要的现实意义。河北省是我国林果种植面积最大的省份。利用果农交易对象和交易方式两个维度标准,河北省果农交易模式被分为七种模式。对河北省625户农户的调研数据显示,不同的果品交易模式下果农的平均收益水平不同。利用logit模型验证了果农交易成本中的信息成本、谈判成本和执行成本均对果品产销对接中的主要交易模式具有显著影响。可以通过构筑信息平台,加强农民经纪人队伍建设,完善农村信息和交通网络等降低交易成本的方式优化果品产销对接过程中的交易模式,提高农户获利水平。
Tree fruit industry is a vital component for agricultural industrial of China.It is of great significance to explore the optimal form of fruit production and marketing connection for improving farmers'income and promoting the development of tree fruit industry.Hebei Province has the largest planting area for tree fruit in China.According to two dimensional standards of fruit farmers'transaction objects and transaction methods,the farmers'transaction modes in Hebei Province are divided into seven modes.The survey data of 625 households shows that the average income level of farmers is different under different fruit trading modes.The logit model is used to verify that the information cost,negotiation cost and execution cost in the transaction cost of farmers have a significant impact on the main transaction mode in the connection between fruit production and sales.Therefore,it is possible to optimize the transaction mode in the process of connection between fruit production and sales by building an information platform,strengthening the construction of farmers'brokers,and improving rural information and transportation networks to reduce transaction costs,and improve farmers'profitability.
