摘要
应用ABAQUS有限元方法,探究预应力玄武岩纤维(BFRP)网格加固钢筋混凝土梁的力学行为。通过对既有试验的数值分析,验证了混凝土本构关系的科学性和建模方法的正确性。在此基础上,建立7根混凝土梁,分别从网格厚度,有无预应力方面对混凝土梁的抗弯性能、刚度和延性方面进行了深入研究。完善了预应力BFRP网格加固混凝土梁的研究体系。研究发现:双层1 mm厚和3 mm厚网格加固的混凝土梁的极限荷载分别增加了12.52%和37.74%,延性分别提高102.56%与220.09%;预应力网格的应用,使得混凝土梁的极限荷载提高了18.64%~57.60%,并显著地增强了混凝土梁的刚度。
The ABAQUS finite element method is used to explore the mechanical behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with prestressed basalt fiber(BFRP)mesh.Through the numerical analysis of the existing experiments,the scientificity of the concrete constitutive relationship and the correctness of the modeling method are verified.On this basis,seven concrete beams were established,and the flexural performance,stiffness and ductility of the concrete beams were studied in depth from the aspects of grid thickness and with or without prestress.The research system for strengthening concrete beams with prestressed BFRP grids is improved.The study found that the ultimate load of concrete beams reinforced with double-layer 1 mm thick and 3 mm thick grids increased by 12.52%and 37.74%,and ductility increased by 102.56%and 220.09%respectively.The application of prestressed grids made the ultimate load of concrete beams Increased 18.64%~57.60%,and significantly enhanced the stiffness of the concrete beam.
