摘要
黑龙江省作为中国冰雪旅游业的肇兴之地,在后冬奥时代,要抓住北京冬奥会成功举办的契机,大力发展黑龙江省的冰雪旅游业。在北京冬奥会的影响下,黑龙江省冰雪旅游业在政策、产品、市场、设施等方面发生了显著变化。后冬奥时代,滑雪旅游度假区、高校的科技助力、冰雪旅游参与人群年轻化将成为黑龙江省冰雪旅游业的发展趋势。针对后冬奥时期黑龙江省冰雪旅游业的发展趋势,应从以下路径优化:推动产品与服务数字化转型,匹配相应的管理模式;提升龙江高等学校的“智库”能力,发挥人才优势;为冰雪文化注入时尚元素,营造冰雪旅游文化氛围。
Heilongjiang Province,as the origin of snow and ice tourism in China,should seize the opportunity of Beijing Winter Olympic Games to develop the snow and ice tourism in Heilongjiang Province.Under the influence of Beijing Winter Olympics,ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang has undergone significant changes in policies,products,markets,facilities and other aspects.In the Post-Winter Olympics Era,ski tourism resorts,scientific and technological assistance of colleges and universities,and young people participating in snow and ice tourism will be the development trend of snow and ice tourism in Heilongjiang Province.In view of the development trend of snow and ice tourism in Heilongjiang Province in the Post-Winter Olympics Era,the following ways should be optimized:promoting the digital transformation of products and services,and matching the corresponding management modes;enhancing the ability of"think tank"of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang and giving full play to the advantages of talents;injecting fashion elements into ice and snow culture and creating cultural atmosphere in ice and snow tourism.
