摘要
探讨剩余污泥与湿垃圾共消化改善湿垃圾厌氧产沼性能的可行性,共设置体积比为10∶0、8∶2、5∶5、2∶8和0∶10的5组实验,对比分析沼气产量、沼液理化特性、有机降解及微生物群落组成的差异。结果表明:湿垃圾厌氧消化系统沼气产量随污泥添加比率的增加而下降,同时其对湿垃圾厌氧产沼改善作用呈先增加、后下降的趋势,最优配比为湿垃圾和污泥5∶5。厌氧消化过程会导致各实验组pH值和总溶解性固体的增加,碳水化合物和蛋白质含量的减少,且随着污泥添加比例的增加,其含量均呈现逐渐下降的趋势。微生物群落分析表明污泥的添加会显著改善湿垃圾厌氧消化系统的种群结构,导致产甲烷路途发生改变。这些结果表明污泥的适当添加有利于改善湿垃圾厌氧产沼性能,但添加比率不能超过50%。
Five experimental groups with volume ratios of 10∶0,8∶2,5∶5,2∶8 and 0∶10 were set up to compare and analyze the differences in biogas yield,physicochemical properties,organic degradation,and microbial community composition.The results indicated that the biogas production of wet garbage during anaerobic digestion decreased with the increase of sludge addition ratio,and the improvement effect on wet waste anaerobic digestion showed an increasing trend,followed by a decreasing trend,and the optimal ratio was 5∶5 between wet waste and sludge. The anaerobic digestion process resulted in the increase of p H and total dissolved solids,and the decrease of carbohydrate and protein contents in each experimental group,and trended to decrease with the sludge addition.Microbial community analysis showed that the addition of sludge could significantly improve the microbial population structure of anaerobic digestion system of wet garbage,leading to the improvement of methanogenic pathway. These results indicated that the addition of sludge was beneficial to improve the anaerobic biogas performance of wet garbage,but the proportion should not exceed 50%.
