摘要
随着现代科技的飞速发展,自动化生产车间成为工厂生产的主体,化工企业大力发展自动化生产,使得化工电气设备呈现多样化,造成化工企业电气设备安全管理面临巨大挑战。同时由于化工企业生产过程的复杂性和不可控性,促使化工原料、中间品、产品及环境等各种因素对化工电气设备安全管理的不良影响增加,诱发各类安全隐患,易造成化工企业安全事故的发生。文章从人、物、环3个方面对化工企业电气设备安全管理进行细致研究,探讨减少化工企业电气事故和规范化工企业电气设备安全管理的改进措施,以期为化工企业高质量发展提供参考。
With the rapid development of modern science and technology,automatic production workshop had become the main body of factory production,and chemical enterprises vigorously develop automatic production,which made chemical electrical equipment present diversification and caused chemical enterprises to face great challenges in electrical equipment safety management. At the same time,due to the complexity and uncontrollability of the production process of chemical enterprises,prompting the chemical raw materials,intermediate products,products and the environment and other factors on the chemical electrical equipment safety management of the adverse effects of increased,inducing all kinds of safety hazards,prone to cause the occurrence of chemical enterprise safety accidents. The article conducted a detailed study on the safety management of electrical equipment in chemical enterprises from 3 aspects:human,material and environment,and discussed the improvement measures to reduce chemical electrical accidents and regulate the safety management of electrical equipment in chemical enterprises,in order to provide reference for the high quality development of chemical industry.
