摘要
目的:探讨实施品管圈活动降低住院病案首页填写错误率的应用效果。方法:2020年11月,广东省深圳市某三甲专科医院病案科通过品管圈活动分析住院病案首页填写错误的原因并采取改进措施。结果:住院病案首页填写错误率由15.2%降至4.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:开展品管圈活动有效降低了住院病案首页填写错误率,提高了医院精细化管理水平。
Objective:To explore the application effect of implementing quality control circle in reducing the error rate of home page of inpatient medical records.Methods:In November 2020,The Medical Records Department of a tertiary hospital in Shenzhen,Guangdong Province analyzed the reasons for errors in filling in the homepage of inpatient medical records through quality control circle activities and took improvement measures.Results:The error rate of the home page of inpatient medical records decreased from 15.2%to 4.4%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Carrying out quality control circle can effectively reduce the error rate of home page of inpatient medical records and improve the precise management level of the hospital.
