摘要
目的 探究围术期心理护理干预对四肢骨折患者术后疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的140例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,依据单双号法随机将其分为常规组(70例,常规护理干预)和观察组(70例,在常规组基础上施加心理护理干预)。比较两组的护理效果。结果 术后3、6、12、24 h,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。术后12、24、48 h,观察组的P物质(SP)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的生理、心理、社会关系评分及总分均高于干预前,且观察组高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 围术期心理护理干预应用在四肢骨折中,能够缓解患者术后疼痛,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effects of perioperative period psychological nursing intervention on postoperative pain degree and quality of life of patients with limb fracture.Methods A total of 140 patients with limb fracture treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,the patients were randomty divided into routine group(70 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(70 cases,psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the routine group)according to the odd-even method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 3,6,12 and 24 h after operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).At 12,24 and 48 h after operation,the levels of substance P(SP),β-endorphin(β-EP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological,psychological,social relationship and total score of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative period psychological nursing intervention applied in patients with limb fracture can relieve the postoperative pain,improve anxiety and depression emotions,improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
