垃圾焚烧烟气净化工艺在一般工业固废焚烧发电项目的适用性分析

摘要 通过对江苏某一般工业固废焚烧发电项目的燃料及烟气成分与生活垃圾焚烧发电项目进行对比分析,讨论垃圾烟气净化工艺对一般工业固废焚烧发电项目的适用性。本项目主要燃料为造纸轻渣和服装厂废弃物(废布),并还有少量污泥。烟气净化工艺采用“旋转喷雾脱酸塔+消石灰干粉喷射+活性炭吸附+布袋式除尘器”。 Through the comparative analysis of the fuel and flue gas composition of a general industrial solid waste incineration power generation project in Jiangsu and domestic waste incineration power generation project,this paper discusses the applicability of waste flue gas purification process to general industrial solid waste incineration power generation project.The main fuel of the project is paper-making light slag and garment factory waste(waste cloth),and a small amount of sludge.The flue gas purification process adopts"rotary spray deacidification tower+lime dry powder injection+activated carbon adsorption+cloth bag type dust collector".
