摘要
苏里格气田采用甲醇雾化的工艺来防止水合物的产生,使用后的甲醇成为含醇原料水,可通过甲醇回收装置将含醇原料水中的甲醇重新精馏出来反复使用,为了提高常压精馏工艺的甲醇浓度对现有工艺流程进行改造,将改造前后的数据进行分析比对,经过数据显示:(1)利用浓度不达标的甲醇来提高含醇水的浓度可以有效的提高蒸馏的甲醇浓度;(2)冬季运行过程中甲醇回收水冷设备优势明显低于空冷;(3)塔底出水泵由一台对应两个工艺流程改造为两台对应两个工艺流程可使整个蒸馏过程更加平稳;(4)甲醇浓度提升后甲醇雾化的使用量有明显的减少。
Sulige gasfield adopts methanol atomization process to prevent the production of hydrate.The used methanol becomes alcohol-containing raw material water.The methanol in the alcohol-containing raw material water can be re-rectified through a methanol recovery device for repeated use.The methanol concentration of the atmospheric distillation process is to transform the existing process flow,and the data before and after the transformation is analyzed and compared.The data shows that,(1)using the methanol whose concentration does not meet the standard to increase the concentration of alcohol-containing water can effectively improve the distillation efficiency methanol concentration.(2)The advantage of methanol recovery water cooling equipment is obviously lower than that of air cooling during operation in winter.(3)The transformation of the bottom effluent pump from one corresponding to two technological processes to two corresponding to two technological processes can make the whole distillation process more stable.(4)Methanol concentration the amount of methanol atomization used is significantly reduced after the upgrade.
