摘要
血管性痴呆是临床常见疾病,是由脑血管疾病引起的以严重认知障碍为主要临床特征的综合征。随着我国老龄化进程的加快,血管性痴呆发病率呈成逐渐上升趋势。针灸是中医学重要的组成部分,具有独特的优势和应用效果。随着近年来不断的研究,针灸治疗血管性痴呆获得了较好的效果,但是针灸治疗方法种类繁多,不同治疗机制存在差异,导致治疗效果也存在一定差异。本文主要对不同针灸疗法治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究进展进行综述,以期为临床治疗血管性痴呆提供一定的参考依据。
Vascular dementia is a common clinical disease,which is a syndrome caused by cerebrovascular diseases with severe cognitive impairment as the main clinical feature.With the acceleration of aging process in China,the incidence of vascular dementia has gradually increased.Acupuncture is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,with unique advantages and application effects.With the continuous research in recent years,acupuncture has achieved good results in the treatment of vascular dementia.However,there are many kinds of acupuncture treatment methods and different treatment mechanisms,resulting in some differences in the therapeutic effect.This article reviews the clinical research progress of different acupuncture therapies in the treatment of vascular dementia,in order to provide some reference for clinical treatment of vascular dementia.
