摘要
深水防喷器电液复合式控制系统作为海洋钻井核心设备,目前国内主要依赖美国进口。介绍了电液复合式控制系统的基本构成和控制功能的实现,详细分析了主控制系统中的关键设备,对紧急控制系统和备用控制系统配置要求进行了分析,为我国海洋钻井深水井控装备的国产化提供技术参考。
As the core equipment of offshore drilling,the electro-hydraulic multiplex control system of deepwater blowout preventer is mainly imported from the United States.This paper introduces the basic structure and realization of the control function of the electro-hydraulic multiplex control system,analyzes the key equipment in the main control system in detail,and analyzes the configuration requirements of the emergency control system and the backup control system,which provides technical reference for the localization of the offshore drilling and deep water well control equipment in China.
