以急救意愿为导向的院前急救护理混合式教学实践 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨急救护理课程混合式教学模式及实施效果。方法 选择本高职院校2019级护理专业二年级两个班级94名学生作为研究对象,采用随机数表将两个班级分为实验组(48名)和对照组(46名)两组。在急救护理课程中院前急救14个学时的教学中,实验组采用“3+1模式”混合式教学,对照组采用传统教学,教学后比较两组学生院前急救理论与技能成绩、院前急救意愿及教学满意度。结果 实验组学生理论考试成绩及技能考试成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生院前急救意愿总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生教学满意度总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “3+1模式”混合式教学有利于提升高职护理专业学生院前急救护理的教学效果与学生的院前急救意愿。 Objective To explore the blended teaching model and its applying effects in the course of emergency nursing teaching.Methods A total of 94 nursing students of two class of two grade from a higher vocational college in Fujian province were enrolled and they were divided into the experimental group(n=48)and the control group(n=46)according to a random number table. In the 14 class hour pre-hospital aid of first aid course, students in the experimental group received the “3+1” blended teaching model while students in the control group received the traditional teaching model. After the course, the results of the theoretical and skill examination between both groups were compared, the first aid willingness scores and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The score of theoretical and skill examination in the experimental group were higher than those of students in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of first aid willingness and teaching satisfaction of students in the experimental group were higher than those of students in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The “3+1” blended teaching model is beneficial to improve the teaching effects and to enhance students’ first aid willingness in emergency nursing among the nurse students of higher vocational nursing specialty.
