摘要
超低能耗被动式建筑具有宜居、健康、舒适、绿色节能等特点。以国内获得德国Premium级被动房认证的天津大自然广场工程为背景,通过对超低能耗被动式建筑保温技术、断热桥处理技术、气密性技术等进行研究和优化设计,使其满足被动房性能指标要求,取得良好施工效果。
The ultra-low energy consumption passive house has the characteristics of livable,healthy,comfortable and green energy saving.Based on the Tianjin Natural Plaza project,which has been certified as German Premium passive house,the insulation technology of ultra-low energy consumption passive house,thermal bridge treatment technology and air tightness technology are studied and optimized to meet the performance requirements of passive house,the construction effect is good.
