摘要
同步切割浇筑混凝土地下连续墙技术是集合了材料、装备及工艺创新的成套创新技术,能显著提高地下连续墙安全、绿色、高效化施工技术水平。基于链锯式切割的SCP1000型原理样机具备成槽、槽壁稳定、掘进⁃浇筑工作面动态隔离等多种复杂功能,通过攻克后端缩进式双排切削链条同步传动技术、可调节模块化刚性护壁及侧壁减阻技术、一体化掘进横移顶推技术及智能化分布式电液控制技术等关键技术,使SCP1000型原理样机具备了实现创新工艺的基本功能。经过空载试验和原位成槽试验验证了SCP1000型原理样机的功能和负载能力。
Synchronous cutting and pouring of concrete underground diaphragm wall technology is a complete set of innovative technologies that integrates material,equipment and process innovations,which can significantly improve the safety,green and efficient construction technology level of underground diaphragm walls.The principle prototype of SCP1000 based on chain saw cutting has many complex functions such as groove formation,groove wall stabilization,and dynamic isolation of tunneling and pouring working faces.By overcoming key technologies such as rear⁃end retracted double⁃row cutting chain synchronous transmission technology,the adjustable modular rigid protective wall and sidewall drag reduction technology,the integrated tunneling traverse pushing technology,and the intelligent distributed electro⁃hydraulic control technology,the principle prototype of SCP1000 has the basic functions to realize innovative technology.The function and load capacity of the prototype SCP1000 were verified by no⁃load test and in⁃situ trough test.
