摘要
目的 评价不同产地黑豆质量。方法 采用HPLC法测定51批样品中大豆苷及大豆苷元含量。基于千粒重、出粉率、浸出物含量进行聚类分析,建立指纹图谱。结果 大豆苷含量0.000 5%~0.145 0%,大豆苷元含量0.000 1%~0.025 9%,千粒重82.143 0~404.728 0 g,浸出物含量3.013 2%~21.858 7%,出粉率79.373 1%~98.911 0%。51批样品指纹图谱中有23个共有峰,相似度为0.901~0.997。各批样品聚为6类。结论 优质黑豆标准为大豆苷含量高于0.09%,大豆苷元含量高于0.003%,浸出物含量高于17%,出粉率高于89%。
AIM To evaluate the quality of Sojae Semen Nigrum from different habitats.METHODS The contents of daidzin and daidzein in 51 batches of samples were determined by HPLC. Based on one thousand-grain weight, flour yield and extract contents, cluster analysis was applied to establish the fingerprints.RESULTS The contents of daidzin and daidzein were 0.000 5%-0.145 0% and 0.000 1%-0.025 9%, respectively;the one thousand-grain weight was 82.143 0-404.728 0 g;the extract contents were 3.013 2%-21.858 7%;and the flour yields were 79.373 1%-98.911 0%. There were 23 common peaks sharing 0.901-0.997 similarities in the fingerprints of 51 batches of samples. Various batches of samples were clustered into six types.CONCLUSION The standards for good quality of Sojae Semen Nigrum are determined to be higher than 0.09% daidzin content and 0.003% daidzein content, 17% extract content, and 89% flour yield.
