摘要
新课标指出各大高校需要致力于培养综合型人才,需要同时注重专业课教学和体育教学,以形意拳为代表的民族传统体育则是高校体育教学核心课程之一,这是因为形意拳具有强烈的地方特色教学色彩,适合应用在高校体育教学模式中。为此,该文阐述了形意拳概念,并分析了课程教学实践的可行性,针对高校形意拳课程进行教学设计,提出高校体育形意拳课程教学优化策略,以期为高校体育教学与形意拳课程教学提供参考。
The new curriculum standard points out that colleges and universities need to devote themselves to cultivating comprehensive talents and pay attention to professional course teaching and physical education at the same time.The national traditional physical education represented by Xingyiquan is one of the core courses in colleges PE teaching.This is because Xingyiquan has a strong teaching color with local characteristics and is suitable for application in the teaching mode of PE in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper first expounds the concept of Xingyiquan,then analyzes the feasibility of curriculum teaching practice,and then carries out the teaching design of Xingyiquan course in college PE.Finally,it summarizes the teaching optimization strategies of Xingyiquan in college physical education,in order to provide reference for college PE teaching and Xingyiquan teaching.
