摘要
着重探讨县级应急广播系统的建设架构,围绕系统架构进行技术方案设计,对各重点环节进行分析探讨。结合县级应急广播系统建设过程中可能遇到的问题和困难,重点阐述县级应急广播系统建设的特点和难点,为县级应急广播系统建设提供参考和借鉴。
This paper focuses on the county level emergency broadcast system construction framework,around the system framework for technical design,analysis and discussion of the key links.Combined with the coverage problems and difficulties that may be encountered in the construction of county-level emergency broadcasting system,the characteristics and difficulties of the construction of county-level emergency broadcasting system are emphatically expounded,so as to provide reference advice and experience for the construction of county-level emergency broadcasting system.
