摘要
我国无障碍设施的覆盖率日益提高,却并未带来残障人士出行便利性的显著提高。文章以无障碍出行的连续性和安全可达性为导向,以杭州市既有无障碍环境建设为对象进行调查研究,从规范建设、制度保障、群体意识等要素讨论其中的矛盾和问题,以期从系统的连续性、设计的包容性以及平等意识的培育等方面来探讨未来对既有无障碍设施的优化策略。
Despite the increasing coverage of barrier free facilities in China, the travel convenience of people with disabilities in cities has not improved significantly. Based on the continuity and safety accessibility of barrier-free travel, this paper investigates and studies the existing barrier-free environment construction in Hangzhou, and discusses the contradictions and problems from the aspects of standard construction, system guarantee and group consciousness, in order to discuss the optimization strategy of the existing barrier-free facilities in the future from the aspects of system continuity, design inclusiveness and the cultivation of equality consciousness.
