摘要
随着我国城市化进程速度的不断加快,在建筑行业中开始积极应用各种新型技术,其中BIM技术是广泛应用的技术手段之一。施工管理是保证建筑施工活动稳定推进的重要因素,装配式建筑是一种新的建筑建设形式,通过在施工现场对预制构件进行装配即可完成施工,但是因预制构件的数量过多,安装环节要求多,在施工管理过程中出现了较多问题。通过BIM技术对装配式建筑实施精细化管理,能够提高施工管理效率和质量,构建信息化的管理体系,落实各项管理工作要点。
With the rapid acceleration of urbanization process in China, various new technologies have been actively applied in the construction industry, among which BIM technology is one of the widely used technical means. Construction management is an important factor to ensure the stable promotion of building construction activities. Prefabricated building is a new form of building construction, which can be completed by assembling prefabricated components at the construction site. However, due to the excessive number of prefabricated components and the requirements of installation links, there are many problems in the process of construction management. The implementation of fine management of prefabricated buildings through BIM technology can improve the efficiency and quality of construction management, build an information-based management system, and implement the key points of management work.
