摘要
结合工艺流程和工艺特点,对硫回收装置运行过程中尾气余热锅炉列管频繁堵塞情况进行分析,通过改造硫比值分析仪及尾气焚烧炉配风系统、定期外排含硫甲醇、提高制硫燃烧炉及转化器入口温度、提高硫比值等措施,使问题得到了解决。
The frequent blockage of tube in tail gas residue heat boiler was analyzed according to the process flow and process characteristics in sulfur recovery unit,and the problem was solved by reforming the sulfur ratio analyzer and air distribution system of tail gas incinerator,exhausting sulfur-contained methanol at regular interval,increasing the inlet temperature of sulfur preparation combustor and the converter,and increasing the H2S/SO2 ratio.
