摘要
介绍了某500 kV变电站35 kV避雷器温度异常情况,结合该避雷器的运行状况开展带电测试、停电试验,怀疑缺陷原因为避雷器本体进水受潮。解体检查确认避雷器上电极螺纹孔处存在裂纹,内部压紧弹簧锈蚀严重。针对此次避雷器受潮故障,提出了相应的应对措施。
The abnormal temperature of 35 kV arrester in a 500 kV substation is introduced.Based on the operation status of the arrester,live test and black-out test are carried out.It is suspected that the defect is caused by water inflow and dampness of the arrester body.The disassembly inspection confirms that there are cracks in the threaded holes of arrester electrode,and the corrosion of the internal compression spring is serious.In order to deal with this damp fault of the arrester,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
