往复压缩机管系刚度控制减振技术及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 往复压缩机管道系统的振动是现代工业中的常见问题,为了避免装置停车和对现有管路造成破坏,从刚度控制角度进行了减振研究。首先,从振动理论上阐明了系统刚度对管道振动的影响及刚度控制是管道减振的关键所在;其次,从数值模拟的刚度处理和实际减振的刚度控制两个方面阐述了通过调节系统刚度来控制管道振动的减振技术,介绍了一种单向刚度可控和一种双向刚度可控的管道减振装置;最后,以某石化企业的往复压缩机管系减振为例,介绍了该技术在工业现场的实际应用。结果表明:通过实测数据和软件优化相结合计算得到的结合部刚度能较好还原真实的振动现场,设计的刚度调节减振装置能有效降低往复压缩机管系振动,保障设备安全运行。 The vibration of reciprocating compressor pipeline system is a common problem in modern industry.In order to avoid the shutdown of the device and the damage to the existing pipeline,the vibration reduction re⁃search is carried out from the perspective of stiffness control.Firstly,the effect of system stiffness on pipeline vi⁃bration and stiffness control is the key to pipeline vibration reduction from vibration theory.Furthermore,from the two aspects of numerical simulation of stiffness treatment and stiffness control of actual vibration reduction,the vibration damping technology for controlling pipeline vibration by adjusting system stiffness is described.Specifically,a damper unidirectional stiffness controllable and a bidirectional stiffness controllable pipe damper device are introduced.Finally,taking the vibration reduction of the reciprocating compressor piping system of a petrochemical enterprise as an example,the practical application of this technology in the industrial field is intro⁃duced.Practical results show that the joint stiffness calculated through the combination of measured data and software optimization can better restore the real vibration site.The designed stiffness adjustment damping device can effectively reduce the vibration of the reciprocating compressor piping system and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
