摘要
教育是为人的发展服务,教学对时间的投入也应追求高效。民国时期的大学教育取得了辉煌的成绩,研究民国时期大学教学效率运动可以对当今大学提高教学效率起到一定的借鉴作用。本研究从民国时期大学教学效率运动的背景入手,以《燕京大学校务会议教学效率委员会报告书》为例,总结了民国时期大学教学效率运动在教学准备、教学过程和教学结果方面的质量改进活动。
Education serves the development of human beings, and the investment of time in teaching should also pursue high efficiency.The university education in the period of the Republic of China has made brilliant achievements. The study of the university teaching efficiency movement in the period of the Republic of China can play a certain reference role in improving the teaching efficiency of universities nowadays. Starting from the background of the university teaching efficiency movement in the Republic of China, this study takes the Report of the Teaching Efficiency Committee of Yanjing University’s Academic Affairs Meeting as an example to summarize the university teaching efficiency movement in the Republic of China era in terms of teaching preparation, teaching process and teaching results.
