摘要
遂宁地处四川盆地中部,面积约为5300 km2,地形地貌以丘陵为主,是四川省重要的粮食、油料、生猪、水果和中药材基地。近几年,遂宁深入贯彻中央和省委“三农”工作的要求,贯彻五大发展新思想,实施“七大提升行动”,坚定不移深化农村改革、加快农村发展,农业结构调整步伐加快,农产品区域公用品牌“遂宁鲜”走上了全国,农业生产水平不断提高。在新的时代背景下,农业气象服务工作面临着新的挑战。为农服务是当前气象工作的重点,遂宁市气象部门坚持以农为本的发展理念,围绕现代农业发展,在提升现代农业气象服务及农村气象灾害防御能力方面做了大量工作,取得了良好的成效。以遂宁市为例,总结了气象服务在遂宁乡村振兴中的应用策略。
Suining is located in the middle of the Sichuan basin,with an area of about 5300 square kilometres and a hilly terrain.In recent years,Suining has carried out the requirements of the central and provincial committees on the“three rural areas”,implemented the new idea of“five major developments”,implemented the“seven major improvement actions”,unswervingly deepened the rural reform,accelerated rural development,accelerated the pace of agricultural restructuring,and the regional common brand of agricultural products“Suining Fresh”.The brand“Suining Fresh”has been launched nationwide,and the level of agricultural production has been continuously improved.In the new context of the times,agricultural meteorological services are facing new challenges.The meteorological service for agriculture is the focus of current meteorological work.Suining meteorological department adheres to the concept of agriculture-based development,and has done a lot of work in enhancing modern agricultural meteorological services and rural meteorological disaster prevention capabilities around the development of modern agriculture,with good results.This paper takes Suining City as an example to summarise the application strategies of meteorological services in Suining’s rural revitalisation.
