摘要
提出一种新型多效四塔精馏甲醇工艺,采用热集成技术,用加压塔塔顶蒸气和中压塔塔底部分液体换热,中压塔塔顶蒸气和常压塔塔底部分液体换热,有效利用冷热流,形成两个双效精馏。通过PRO/Ⅱ化工模拟计算软件对流程进行稳态模拟和分析,对操作参数进行优化。结果表明:甲醇四塔多效工艺方案合理,产品质量优良,流程操作稳定,能源消耗显著减小,具有良好的社会意义。
A new multi-effect and four-column methanol distillation process was proposed.Heat integration technology was used to transfer heat between steam at the top of pressurized column and part of liquid at the bottom of medium-pressure column,and heat between steam at the top of medium-pressure column and part of liquid at the bottom of atmospheric pressure column.The process was simulated and analyzed by PRO/Ⅱchemical simulation software,and the operation parameters were optimized.The results showed that the methanol four-tower multi-effect process had a reasonable scheme,excellent product quality,stable process operation and significantly reduced energy consumption,which had a good social significance.
