摘要
相对于颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物污染控制,挥发性有机物(VOCs)管控基础依然薄弱,已成为我国当前大气污染防治工作的突出短板。本文分析了当前化工园区VOCs管控的现实意义,梳理了武汉化工园区VOCs管控现状及其存在尚未建立VOCs源谱、缺乏园区VOCs监测网络及智慧信息管理平台等主要问题,并探讨了该化工园区进一步加强VOCs管控的对策建议,为提升化工园区VOCs管控水平提供借鉴。
Compared with the pollution control of particulate matter,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides,the basis for the control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)is still weak,which has become a prominent shortcoming in the current air pollution prevention and control work in China.The practical significance of VOCs control in the current chemical industrial park was analyzed.The current situation of VOCs management and control in chemical industrial park of Wuhan and its main problems were sorted out,such as the lack of VOCs source profile,VOCs monitoring network and smart information management platform.Therefore,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving VOCs control in the chemical industrial park were discussed,and it is of great significance for improving VOCs control in the chemical industrial park.
